Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be kept in good condition, with no damage or noticeable signs of wear caused after delivery.

Return Conditions
1. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or has a quality-related issue, please contact us with clear photo or video proof. After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution based on the situation.

2. If we shipped the wrong item or missed an item from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment and cover the related shipping cost, or provide a reasonable compensation solution.

3. For non-quality-related returns, such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address.

4. If we have a local return warehouse available in your country or region, you may return the package to the local warehouse. If no local return warehouse is available, the package will need to be returned to our Shenzhen warehouse.

To start a return, please contact us at support@audobibi.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked or signed shipping service when sending back your return. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it as soon as possible. If the item meets our return requirements, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. The refund is usually processed within 3 business days after approval, but the exact posting time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, you may request a free cancellation and full refund within 2 days after placing the order.

If you request to cancel an unshipped order more than 2 days after placing it, a 5% warehouse handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

However, if the shipment is delayed due to reasons on our side, you may request to cancel the order for a full refund at any time before shipment, regardless of how many days have passed.

If you purchased an express shipping service and the dispatch of your order is delayed beyond the expected processing time due to reasons on our side, you may also contact us to request a refund of the express shipping fee.

Damages, Wrong Items, and Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if any item is missing from your package. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
