Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders. After your payment is completed, we usually need 2-3 business days to prepare, pack, and ship your order.

Please make sure your email address and shipping address are correct when placing your order. An incorrect email address may prevent you from receiving order updates, and an incomplete or incorrect shipping address may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. In most cases, the tracking number we provide supports full-route tracking. If you need a separate last-mile tracking number, you may contact us at support@audobibi.com.

For the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and most European countries, we usually use WanbExpress or Wantong Express for the first stage of transportation. Final delivery is completed by the destination country’s local carrier, such as USPS, DHL, Yamato Transport, or other local postal/logistics providers.

For other countries and regions, we may use postal services or other logistics partners depending on the destination, route availability, and local delivery conditions. All standard shipping orders are shipped by international air parcel service.

Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer. Customs clearance, local holidays, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or unexpected logistics disruptions may also affect the final delivery time.

During major shopping seasons and holidays, such as Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year, and other international peak seasons, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. Due to the high parcel volume, there may be flight delays, customs clearance delays, local carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding during these peak periods.

Express Shipping
Free standard shipping is available by default. If you would like a faster shipping option, express shipping is available for $9.99 USD. If you purchase express shipping at checkout, your package will usually be delivered faster than standard shipping.

If your order dispatch is delayed beyond the expected processing time due to reasons on our side, you may contact us to request a refund of the express shipping fee. In this case, we will still ship your order through the express shipping channel instead of changing it to free standard shipping.

Preorder and New Arrival Items
Some new arrival or preorder items may require a longer preparation time. In some cases, the processing time may be extended by 1-2 weeks.

Because our products are original designs, new items are often first made as samples for product photography and model shoots before mass production begins. Production, quality inspection, and final packing may take extra time. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, as we want every piece you receive to be beautifully made and carefully checked.

If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready. If you would like to know the estimated restock or shipping time for a preorder item, please contact us at support@audobibi.com.

Delayed Shipment
We always try our best to ship your order as soon as possible. However, delays may occasionally happen during promotional seasons, new product launches, sudden stock shortages, or high order volume.

If your shipment is delayed due to reasons on our side, you may contact us for assistance. Depending on the situation, we may offer a suitable solution such as an updated shipping estimate, a small compensation, a gift, or a discount code.

If you purchased express shipping and your order dispatch is delayed beyond the expected processing time due to reasons on our side, you may also contact us to request a refund of the express shipping fee. Your order will still be shipped through the express shipping channel.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item should be kept in good condition, with no damage or noticeable signs of wear caused after delivery. Return Conditions 1. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or has a quality-related issue, please contact us with clear photo or video proof. After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution based on the situation. 2. If we shipped the wrong item or missed an item from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment and cover the related shipping cost, or provide a reasonable compensation solution. 3. For non-quality-related returns, such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address. 4. If we have a local return warehouse available in your country or region, you may return the package to the local warehouse. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked or signed shipping service when sending back your return. Regarding our necklaces, most of them either 18K real platinum-plated or 925 sterling silver material. We employ the best technology - vacuum plating in a furnace - to ensure that each piece lasts for a long period of time. Additionally, all our jewelry has an extra layer of protection for added strength and luster, making them perfect for everyday wear.

About our rings:

Most of our rings are made of 925 sterling silver. Meanwhile, a small number of our rings are made of either 18K real platinum-plated over stainless steel and copper.

About our earrings:

All of our earrings are made with hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver pins. To provide a variety of options, we have 925 sterling silver and 18K platinum plated options.

About our base metal:

We use brass for our plated jewelry due to its unique properties and advantages. Brass is relatively more expensive and durable compared to cheap alloys/stainless steel available in the market. Additionally, it's a versatile metal that can be shaped and crafted into intricate designs, enabling us to create stunning and unique jewelry styles that may be more challenging with other metals. While using sterling silver can result in significantly higher prices, especially for our larger pieces, brass can offer a delicate look similar to vermeil jewelry.

About our stones:

Our diamond jewelry features high-quality zirconia stones. With the correct cutting techniques, they shine just like real diamonds. Most of our gemstones are zirconia gemstones since natural stone are often higher in price and their quality are very unstable. We worked with high-quality factories around the world, making our opal stone, moonstone and other color gemstone pieces even shinier than the natural stone!
